We are not responsible for late shipments due to weather, holidays etc. Custom wig/unit turnaround is typically 14-21 business days.
Please allow 1-3 business days for revamped wig/unit to be freshly shampooed, conditioned and styled. All wig/unit sales are FINAL. Please make sure you read the product description before purchasing.

If you send the wrong measurements Wigs by Shaunda P is NOT liable if your unit does not fit. Once the wig/unit is in your possession, we are no longer responsible for the wig and how you choose to maintain it.
Please not scratch the lace, apply direct heat to the lace or excessively pull at the lace. This will cause it to rip and we will NOT be held responsible.
